Bank charges, transaction fees and currency-conversion costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional circumstances may be considered by KESHO on a case-by-case basis, at KESHO\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation, flights and other travel arrangements are not covered by this policy and remain subject to the terms of the relevant service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Conference cancellation:<\/strong><br \/>In the unlikely event that KICC 2026 is cancelled by KESHO, registered delegates will be advised directly regarding the applicable registration arrangements.
