All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the KESHO Secretariat at support@ksho-kenya.org

• Cancellations received on or before 30 September 2026 are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• From 1 October 2026 onwards, registration fees are non-refundable.
• Registration may be transferred to another eligible delegate at no additional charge, subject to written notification to KESHO by 12 November 2026.
• Failure to attend the conference without prior written notification will not qualify for a refund.
• Approved refunds will be made to the original payer/payment method. Bank charges, transaction fees and currency-conversion costs are non-refundable.
• Exceptional circumstances may be considered by KESHO on a case-by-case basis, at KESHO’s discretion.
• Accommodation, flights and other travel arrangements are not covered by this policy and remain subject to the terms of the relevant service provider.

Conference cancellation:
In the unlikely event that KICC 2026 is cancelled by KESHO, registered delegates will be advised directly regarding the applicable registration arrangements. KESHO will not be responsible for independently booked flights, accommodation or other associated costs.
