Dr Mweu is a medical doctor attached to Kitui County and currently a 3rd year Clinical oncology resident at the Kharkov Medical Academy of Post graduate studies (KhMAPE) in Kharkiv Ukraine.
Currently doing his clinical rotations at KUTRRH oncology department partly due to the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia
