Dr Opakas is the Chief Medical Specialist at Moi Teaching Referral Hospital (MTRH). He is also the Clinical & Radiation Oncology Director: Hemato-Oncology Directorate at MTRH Eldoret, Kenya
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Wuhan University, China. A Master’s Degree from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He is a Fellow of the College of Radiation Oncologists of South Africa (FC Rad Onc SA)
