Dr Omari Ogora Fred is a Consultant Clinical/Radiation Oncologist at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
He is also the C.E.O and Co-founder of Oscar Specialist Hospital Cancer Centre Kisii.
He founded and chairs the Kisii Cancer multidisciplinary team.
Dr Omari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine And Surgery from Moi University and worked for Kisii County for 8 years as the subcounty medical officer. He attained his Master’s Degree in Clinical/ Radiation Oncology from MUHAS (Muhimbili university)
