Gladys is the current Director, Education and Examination at the Nursing Council of Kenya.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a Master Degree In Palliative Care, and a PhD in nursing.

She is responsible for the development of the nursing syllabus and approval of nursing curriculum.

Dr Gladys also oversees management of nursing licensure examination.
